Job Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the night shift Sales and Operations teams. Ensure all staff adhere to company policies and procedures. Provide training, guidance, and support to team members. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. Oversee all operational activities during the night shift to ensure efficiency Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and operations management, preferably in a night shift environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
