Role Description
This is a full-time, REMOTE role for a Customer Success Manager located in Australia.
You'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by building and maintaining strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing product training, analyzing customer data to improve experience, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues.
The role requires proactive communication with clients to understand their needs and help maximise the business outcomes they achieve.
Qualifications
2+ years in the mining, construction, subcontractor, infrastructure maintenance or facility services industry OR 2+ years in B2 B Saa S
Customer outcome focused
Ability to build long-term successful partnerships focused on driving business value for clients.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, video calls
Whilst day-to-day work will be remote, the role will require regular travel to visit customers onsite and will be paid for by Map Track.
