The Role The Investment Reporting Analyst position within the Client Service team is at the forefront of the operational client experience at IFM.

The Analyst position based in Melbourne, works closely with other members of the team globally to support the delivery of reporting and as and when required - support investor onboarding activities.

The Client Service team is responsible for providing proactive, client centric service to clients and their related parties.

The role will also provide support to internal stakeholders across the business in delivering client objectives.

The Client Service team is responsible for managing reporting requests and handling client and internal stakeholder queries as well as managing the end-to-end onboarding of new clients.

Your Background and Experience 3+ years' experience in Investment Reporting within the Funds Management, Fund administration or Custody within the financial services industry, servicing the operational and/or onboarding needs of institutional clients Experience in Client Onboarding or Client Service within the Funds Management, Fund administration or Custody within the financial services industry for institutional clients highly advantageous Proven ability to champion the criticality of quality client oues to important internal stakeholders Proven Project Management discipline highly advantageous Knowledge and experience related to Unlisted products Tertiary qualification in Business/Management/Financial Services or other relevant areas Strong working knowledge of MS suite including excel, Power Point, outlook, and Power BI Ready to invest in what matters?
