About the Opportunity
The Talent Acquisition role is a newly developed position with a focus on sourcing exceptional allied health talent. This position will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that will deliver on critical talent projects, development and management of talent communities and specific talent pools to proactively source for current and upcoming workforce needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to continually enhance and improve the attraction strategy for KEO Care
- Partner with management, gain an understanding of the business and organisation, including strategic workforce plans, to ensure recruitment advice and support provided meets business goals.
- Apply effective talent acquisition practices into areas of the business, such as harnessing branding, candidate attraction methods and screening methodologies.
- Develop Talent communities to reduce external advertising requirements and fast efficient recruitment processes.
- Review internal sourcing strategies for difficult to fill roles, and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager in succession planning activities.
- Regular communication with talent in the pipeline as well as building relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
- Communicating job details, and value proposition to interested allied health professionals
- Set clear priorities and focus on the completion of tasks, in a timely manner
- Post job advertisements on job boards Seek, Indeed, Linked In, University Career Hubs
- Prepare weekly activity reports on statistics from our job boards, and Linked In
- Coordinate interviews & reference checks with key stakeholders
- Responsible for onboarding administration through Employment Hero (Software)
Skills and Experience
- Significant talent attraction and recruitment experience
- Strong and proven stakeholder management skills at all levels
- Proven experience in navigating multiple HR systems and management of talent pools
- Previous success in implementing recruitment campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
- Attention to detail, a data-driven approach and an analytical mindset
- An excellent work ethic, a desire for continued learning and drive to deliver best outcomes
