Description
Responsibilities·Identify potential prospects, build the relationship, and proactively sell World Kinect Energy Services’ products & services in Australia and New Zealand. ·Continuously prospect and develop new business opportunities in line with sales & marketing plans. ·Conduct regular reviews to track sales and business development progress; weekly activity report & opportunity input through our CRM sales tool. ·Be the primary or support role in prospective client’s Request for Proposal responses, which includes global sales/RFP opportunities. ·Collaborate and/or support sales to retain or upsell services to existing clients as needed by Kinect’s account management team. ·Support and coordinate where necessary Kinect product & service development activities, trends and competitor analysis, cost to serve analysis, training & promotional activities.·Identify, engage, and integrate (potential) partners/sub-contractors in Australia and New Zealand to expand Kinect’s market share and capabilities. PERSON SPECIFICATION (BACKGROUND AND SKILLS):·Minimum 3 to 5 years sales experience, preferably in energy industry.·Proactive attitude, excellent communication skill, confident.·Ability to conduct business level meetings and influence at senior levels (up to C level) in an organisation.·Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage directly with target company senior management.·Professional presence and absolute integrity.·The ability to work autonomously with a high level of self-discipline is essential.·Capability to work in a hybrid (home/office) environment effectively and efficiently.#LI-YY1
