About the Role
We seek a marketing professional passionate about making a difference in the disability sector. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end campaign management within the NDIS framework, supporting marketing and communications activities to engage customers and elevate brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Align behavior with WMQL values and develop marketing strategies in collaboration with service areas.
- Create local plans to drive leads and awareness.
- Execute campaigns with clear briefs to meet market share and revenue goals.
- Produce high-quality content for various platforms, ensuring compliance.
- Manage promotional materials and multimedia content creation.
- Plan and coordinate events.
- Report on marketing activities and optimize strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively.
About You
- Qualifications in Marketing or related field, with 5+ years' experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and campaign development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Innovative mindset and proactive approach.
