Our values are: Act with integrity Move fast, think big Koh-nnected Champion change Build a better world As the Head of e Commerce, you will play a pivotal role in driving our online growth and enhancing the overall digital shopping experience for our customers. You will be responsible for driving the performance of our Ecommerce channel, with a focus on conversion optimisation, international expansion, sales forecasting, content management and customer experience initiatives. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, including product management, content updates, and trade optimisation. Manage the planning and execution of the trade calendar, ensuring promotions are successfully launched onsite. Monitor and analyse performance of ecommerce platforms, proactively identify opportunities for improvement across marketing channels and platforms to ensure forecasts are met. Develop and implement a website content strategy that aligns with marketing calendar and overarching communication strategy while incorporating best practice SEO strategies. Develop sales forecasts, analysing historical data and market trends to inform projections. Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience from discovery through to post-purchase. Utilise tools and methodologies like A/B testing, user experience analysis, and customer journey mapping to enhance website performance and customer satisfaction. Management of in-house CRO testing, prioritisation and reporting. Understand operational requirements including back-end systems integrating product information management, store data, inventory, dispatch and delivery partner capabilities. Implement best practice SEO initiatives in collaboration with the performance marketing team. Work in partnership with the Performance marketing team to drive continued growth and profitability through paid channels. Utilise web analytics tools to track website performance and user behaviour, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Ensure data integrity is maintained and support business with best practice utilisation of this data. About you: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience 5+ in e-commerce management, preferably within consumer goods. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, trade management, website operations, and customer experience. Extremely proficient with Shopify. Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio. Understanding of web design and UX standards. Project Management and implementation experience. Experience in sales forecasting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Highly analytical with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
