We have an extensive multi species supply capability and are a major participant across red meat markets globally. Job Description This role is responsible to lead this clients international sales team, manage and execute on their export sales strategies and budgets. The ability to manage their business development in changing market dynamics. Undertake forecasting, scheduling and annual budgeting to meet business expectations. Manage the end-to-end supply dynamics and seasonal shifts. The role will be pivotal to managing the development of their sales team whilst providing cross functional support to international customers. The Successful Applicant It is essential that you have the following experience/skills: 5 years in a similar role within an export beef sales and marketing environment Bachelor's degree in economics/commerce/business/marketing or related discipline Strong analytical skills in Supply and Demand planning and execution Experience in global protein trade, with knowledge of agricultural production systems Possess strong business acumen, contract negotiation and leadership skills. Advanced computer skills with proven experience in Microsoft Excel Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across the business. Prior experience with new product development, product promotion and brand launch activities are highly regarded.
