About the Digital team
Our Blue Rock Digital agency harnesses the power of technology to drive growth for businesses. Our end-to-end service means we specialise in everything from digital strategy and optimisation through to web and app development, systems consulting, brand and marketing.
- Conducting keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords and topics for SEO optimisation.
- Writing engaging and search engine optimized content including landing pages, blog posts, and product pages.
- Supporting with technical on-page SEO audits and helping prepare SEO recommendations for website pages.
- Designing email templates, writing copy, managing and updating email subscriber lists, and scheduling and deploying email campaigns.
- Designing social graphics, writing captions, and scheduling social media posts.
- Assist in developing brand and marketing strategies which may include developing customer research, taking notes in client workshops, synthesizing workshop themes, and supporting in developing final strategy decks.
- Managing social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Analyse channel performance metrics using platform data and tools like Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, and providing regular reports and updates on performance looking at changes in key performance metrics such as CTRs, CPC, ROAS and conversions as guided by the channel lead.
- Setting up paid media campaigns under the guidance of a paid media consultant such as producing Google and Meta ad copy, setting up new ads, implementing changes, and reviewing targeting and keywords for potential optimisations.
- Sending new campaigns and ads to clients for approval.
- Set up new assets, audiences and shopping catalogues for paid media campaigns.
- Develop insights and make suggestions on how to improve performance and workshop your ideas with the channel lead.
- Attending client meetings, taking actions, and collaborating with clients through Asana, assisting the team in coordinating client work to ensure seamless flow and clear communications.
- Some experience working on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Linked In.
- Proficient verbal and written skills and understanding of copywriting (English).
- Good understanding of reporting and data analytics and exposure to reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
- Basic experience with SEO and paid media channels such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.
