We are actively sourcing an experienced Program Director to play a pivotal role in the success of our Digital Care Platform (DCP) at St Vincent’s. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital & Technology Business Partnering SVVH, you will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of large-scale Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare solutions, including Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, within a home and community care setting. As a Program Manager, you will bring a history of successfully managing and implementing large scale, complex Digital Care programs on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and the Healthcare industry, particularly home and community care. You will be a committed, resourceful, and flexible team player who is willing to make an extra effort to ensure that the implementation aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable business outcomes, ultimately ensuring the safety of those we serve under St Vincent’s Health Australia. This 12-month Fixed Term Full Time contract is available for immediate start and will be a hybrid working model with at least 3 days in the office based in either Melbourne (preferred), Sydney or Brisbane. There will also be a requirement to travel interstate on occasion. Key responsibilities of the role: Lead the planning and manage the delivery of Digital Care Platforms Programs in accordance with policies and procedures to reduce risk and align with budget. Ensure projects are carried out with the appropriate methodology and governance ensuring project success. Govern and lead the end-to-end Program deliverables and engage with employees at all levels including Executives ensuring cost-effective and efficient project decisions are supported and implemented. Liaise with stakeholders both internal and external ensuring delivery and management of Digital Care Platforms Projects and Programs, providing your project teams with excellent leadership and support. Manage projects and deliver on project outcomes and reporting by preparing the necessary documentation and registers. Lead your project teams to success; establish projects with innovation and strategic development, and assist in the management of resources, budget, performance, work allocation, deliverables, KPIs and timeframes of established and new projects. Guide the project change and communication strategies whilst ensuring project plans are effectively deployed and the organisation is engaged and kept well informed. Ensure appropriate and timely communications and reporting are upheld to satisfy organisational and program requirements. Things that work for us: At least 15 years’ experience in IT Program Management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large and complex Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare and Dynamics 365 related programs. Demonstrated experience and familiarity of the home and community care or wider Healthcare landscapes. Proven Program Management, negotiation, communication, time management and relationship management skills as well as exceptional stakeholder and vendor management skills. Demonstrated stakeholder management and vendor management skills managing system integrators, and experience in Business Case preparation through to delivery of technology solutions. Extensive experience supporting and managing transition of project deliverables to Business As Usual (BAU), and delivery of post implementation review and benefits realisation analysis. Understanding and experience in managing risks, issues, dependencies, business impact and change associated with project execution across various business units or facilities. Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate, Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) and/or Power Apps certifications, as well is PMP or similar certification desirable, and a demonstrated track record in applying Project Management principles, methodologies and tools. Ability to collaborate, guide and support on multiple priorities simultaneously and seamlessly while maintaining attention to detail in a high-pressure environment. Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration or similar field as relevant and MBA, MHA or other advanced degree desirable.
