Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Scheduler Employment Type: Permanent full-time (2 days remote)Location: Cannington, WAResponsibilities: Manage phone and email enquiries, including new job requests.

Coordinate with managers and technicians to resolve outstanding tasks.

Email management and redirect queries as needed.

Assist in planning technicians' workload.

Create and review job requests in the system.

Manage service reports using Share Point.

Ensure accurate and timely entry of service reports and timesheets.

Cross-check incoming correspondence for adherence to internal processes.

Process purchase orders and manage authorisation for service activities.

Generate orders for uniforms and PPE.

Handle corporate travel requests and bookings.

File and archive necessary documents.

Provide administrative support to the Manager and team members.
