Remuneration: $51.76 - $61.39 per hour + 11% Super + Salary Packaging Employment Type: Temporary Part Time up to June 2024 Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2 Hours Per Week: up to 22 Requisition ID: REQ428782 About your new job: The successful candidate will be job sharing this role to support our team of Recovery at Work Coordinators, and Workers Compensation Payroll Staff to support our injured workers to return to work. Through your work, you will be guiding our frontline managers to enable them to proactively support our staff throughout their worker's compensation journey. The successful applicant will be job-sharing the role and will also be supported by the Manager's Safety and Risk. The role will also be supported to learn the aspects of the role and to understand the system and processes applicable to the role. Where you’ll be working: The successful candidate will be part of the Safety and Risk Unit for HNELHD. The unit is responsible for WHS Strategic direction, Worker's Compensation, and Health Liability Insurance. The team is based at the Waratah Campus. The successful applicant will be a great communicator and have experience in managing and motivating a team of highly skilled Return to Work Coordinators. They will also need to possess a proficient understanding the of Workers' Compensation Legislation and Return to work principles and practices.
