Insurance Administration Support

Aon is looking for candidates with general insurance experience who have a passion for client service and an interest in developing their insurance career.

In this role you will be providing support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What the day will look like

Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing across Life, Accident and Health lines of business, which will be the key to your success!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs
  • Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reports
  • Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships with Client Executives and Client Managers
  • Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service

Skills and experience that will lead to success

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills.

Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:

  • Experience in customer/client service and/or administration supporting client accounts
  • Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
  • Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Desire for professional development through ongoing training
