We are seeking reliable, empathetic, and caring aged care support workers to assist our clients across Metropolitan Melbourne. Tasks and responsibilities include: Assistance with hygiene and ADL's Providing emotional & social support to clients and their families Assistance with light domestic duties Providing respite opportunities for families Supporting medication administration To ensure success in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in supporting and helping others, whilst maintaining professionalism, dignity, and respect towards clients and their families throughout your interactions. Qualifications & experience Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent Minimum 2 years professional experience as a support worker/personal carer, preferably in the aged care or community setting Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling Certificates Skills Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal English language skills Ability to work autonomously, within your scope of practice Other requirements Unrestricted Australian working rights National Police Check (or willing to obtain)Valid Victorian Drivers' Licence (unrestricted)Current fully comprehensive insurance on your private vehicle (may be used for work purposes)Employee benefits Interested applicants are invited to submit their application via the Apply Now button below.
