The Role
As the IT Support Coordinator, you will the 2 IC to the Service Delivery Manager ensuring that all L1/2 tickets are being taken care of. You will be the first point of contact for any tickets that need to be resolved. It will be your responsibility to triage these tickets and ensure they go to the right engineers and ensure these tickets have been seen through.
