Location is negotiable - whilst our head office is located in Bendigo, location can be negotiated at one of our branches, or a hybrid arrangement that might suit your lifestyle. Travel will be required at times to build engagement across the business.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, collaborative and results driven HR Professional to join our People and Culture team in an exciting new role.

This role will support our People and Culture team to:

  • Proactively coach and provide expert advice to our managers, to assist through the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.
  • Analyse and report on trends throughout the employee lifecycle, with the ability to implement strategies for improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement initiatives for our broader teams, to improve the employee lifecycle experience.
  • Provide support and guidance to our teams, ensuring your knowledge is up to date on current legislation.
  • Be a contributor to strategic planning and development of projects within our team.

About you

We are seeking an experienced professional who has:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a HR generalist role.
  • Experience in high-volume recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and guiding managers throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a range of stakeholders.
  • Satisfactory Police Check and Working With Children/Vulnerable Person Check.
  • Right to live and work in Australia.
