The Role
This is more than just an admin role. As HR & WHS Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the People & Culture team, working across three aligned companies to support their employees from onboarding to exit—and everything in between.
You’ll be a go-to person for everything from HRIS management and compliance tracking to injury management and culture-building initiatives.
What you'll do:
Provide day-to-day HR admin support (contracts, onboarding, compliance) Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Found U) Coordinate WHS and Return-to-Work processes Assist with training records, performance documentation & employee lifecycle support Offer frontline HR and WHS support to staff and managers Help drive engagement and continuous improvement in people practices This is a rare opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries, with exposure to everything from hospitality to healthcare.
