The Role
This is more than just an admin role. As HR & WHS Coordinator, you'll be the operational backbone of the People & Culture team, working across three aligned companies to support their employees from onboarding to exit—and everything in between.
You’ll be a go-to person for everything from HRIS management and compliance tracking to injury management and culture-building initiatives.

What you'll do:
  • Provide day-to-day HR admin support (contracts, onboarding, compliance)
  • Maintain employee records in the HRIS (Found U)
  • Coordinate WHS and Return-to-Work processes
  • Assist with training records, performance documentation & employee lifecycle support
  • Offer frontline HR and WHS support to staff and managers
  • Help drive engagement and continuous improvement in people practices
  • This is a rare opportunity to work across multiple brands and industries, with exposure to everything from hospitality to healthcare.

    Who You Are
  • You’ve got at least 2 years in a similar HR or safety admin role
  • You know your way around an HRIS (Found U experience is a plus)
  • You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a busy, people-focused environment
  • You’re confident working independently, but love being part of a supportive team
  • You understand the importance of privacy, professionalism, and empathy—especially when dealing with people at their most vulnerable
