Office Management (Administration & Office Support) Other (Education & Training) Full time Position overview The Residential Experience Division, within the Service Portfolio delivers on whole of University strategic priorities relating to our on-campus student accommodation, providing a safe and welcoming environment to enable students to achieve their highest academic outcomes. The Residential Experience Division works closely with a number of areas across the University including the University Experience Division (student safety, wellbeing support and clinical services), Facilities and Services, academic colleges and service partners such as finance and information technology.The University’s on-campus accommodation provides different rooms across 18 residences for over 5,500 students. The dedicates teams at the Residence are the first point of contact for our students living on campus, addressing enquiries, providing wellbeing advice and referrals and creating a vibrant residential community. The Deputy Head of Residence will deliver programs at the Residence that help provide a world class residential experience to the students on campus. Working closely with partners across the University, the Deputy Head will help create a safe, respectful, supportive and inclusive living experience through co-ordination of the Residence as a community, with particular emphasis on academic, wellbeing and pastoral care, safety and student development.
