Role Overview As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and engaging with stakeholders across a portfolio of accounts. You will oversee the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring key objectives are met and service delivery aligns with client expectations. This includes managing compliance, audits, and reporting, while working closely with the National Key Account Manager to provide valuable support and participate in client meetings. You will be responsible for maintaining operational plans, managing client feedback, and ensuring that internal processes are executed efficiently, all while contributing to the growth and success of the business. Key Responsibilities Account Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Client Relationship & Service Delivery: Focusing on exceptional service delivery, actively managing feedback, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Data Analysis & Reporting: Compiling and analyzing weekly and monthly operational KPI reports, identifying trends and recommending solutions to improve service outcomes. Audit & Compliance: Overseeing audit scheduling ensuring all templates and reports are up to date and compliant. Collaboration & Teamwork: Fostering strong internal relationships with operations and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support to clients. Travel: Willingness to travel regularly within NSW and occasionally interstate. Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills. Relationship Management: High level relationship management skills, both internal and external. Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines. Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Intermediate to Advanced). Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. Data Analysis: Skilled in analyzing data and developing business solutions. Experience: Experience in an account management, contract management or facilities management role is highly desirable.
