What the day will look like
- Manage a portfolio of SME clients across a wide variety of clients
- Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio
- Build strong relationships with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies
- Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims
- Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing
Skills and experience that will lead to success:
- Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)
- Outstanding communication
- Comfortable growing an existing client portfolio
- Attention to detail
- Thrives in a learning & growth environment
- Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)
- Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)
