The Account Executive role will be the primary driver for account renewals, creating cross-sell and upsell opportunities, identifying new product features, and developing strong, long-term relationships with our partners. In this position you'll have lots of opportunities to learn outside of the scope of a traditional Account Executive role.  AS AN ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL:Proactively pursue and hunt for new business opportunitiesConduct product demos via video conferencing software for prospects and clientsBuild a book of business by identifying and selling Patron Technology products and services to qualified prospectsMeet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing new business opportunitiesQuickly grasp prospect’s business and technical requirements and fit solutions around those specific needsTrack and maintain all prospect interaction and transactional information in a CRM systemManage all phases of the sales cycle from first call to successful close (including proposal development, scope definition, and client presentations)Maintain and nurture client relationships to ensure additional businessCoordinate with internal teams during onboarding after a successful close.  (Implementation, Sales, Finance, Event Operations; and Customer Care)Manage client expectations during the  implementation processExhibit an ownership over your accounts and understand working in a high pressure environment.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices. Work remotely or in our Sydney Office EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:RequiredBachelor’s degree majoring in sales, marketing, or business administration preferredMinimum 1-3 years of experience in complex sales, solution selling, or strategic accounts sellingPassion for technology and live eventsDesire to explore and understand new platformsProven track record of meeting and exceeding quotasPrior experience selling ticketing, marketing, sales, CRM or other SaaS related services is a strong plusStrong knowledge of Salesforce for account, quota and opportunity managementExcellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentationSelf starter and ability to prioritise and manage multiple priorities, projects, and resourcesAvailable for occasional travel for sales meetings and industry eventsFluency in multiple languages is a plusBONUS:1+ years in experience in the live event industryPERKS AND BENEFITSThe opportunity to join a fast growing company with career growth opportunitiesWork with a friendly, dynamic, and passionate teamAmazing culture and working environmentOpportunity to travel and attend eventsFlexible hours with remote environment embraced or ability to work in our new Surry Hills OfficeCollaborative work environmentLEARN MORE:https://patrontechnology.com/  ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:At Patron Technology, we take great pride in providing our team members a safe and healthy work environment.  To that end, Patron Technology requires all employees, contractors, and visitors who will be physically present at a company facility or sponsored event, representing the company at a client event, or physically present at any event where the company’s employees, clients, or vendors are present, to be fully vaccinated. The colony then also included the island territories of Van Diemen's Land, Lord Howe Island, and Norfolk Island. During the 19th century, most of the colony's area was detached to form separate British colonies that eventually became the various states and territories of Australia. However, the Swan River Colony was never administered as part of New South Wales. Lord Howe Island remains part of New South Wales, while Norfolk Island has become a federal territory, as have the areas now known as the Australian Capital Territory and the Jervis Bay Territory.
