The role – what you’ll do
As an Account Executive, you’ll drive new business growth by identifying potential partners and converting them into successful partnerships. You’ll own and manage the full 360° sales cycle (outreach, demo to closing) while aligning with the Head of Sales to support strategic goals.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities
Proactively build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline by targeting high‐potential accounts using outbound strategies (cold calling, Linked In outreach, webinars, events) and inbound. Develop and demonstrate consultative selling techniques. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, understanding their needs and challenges, and tailoring solutions to demonstrate product value and impact. Contribute to the evolution of the sales process by sharing best practices, improving internal workflows, and supporting the team with coaching and peer learning.Goals & objectives

Full‐cycle outbound sales experience in Saa S / Fin Tech, with a clean, high‐performing pipeline and CRM ownership. Strong outbound sales experience, including cold calling, Linked In outreach, events, webinars, and in‐person prospecting. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Hungry and driven, motivated by challenge, and autonomous with the ability to create your own pipeline. Structure and clarity to the sales process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.Diversity & inclusion
